ASCORBATUM
THERAPEUTIC USE
Used for conditions such as AIDS (acquired immune deficiency syndrome), alcoholism, burns, cancer, prolonged exposure to cold temperatures, prolonged fevers, gastrectomy, chronic hemodialysis, hyperthyroidism, infants receiving unfortified formulas, continuous infections, intestinal diseases, prolonged diarrhea, ileal resection, peptic ulcer, smoking, stress, surgery, trauma and tuberculosis.
COMPONENTS
Sodium salt of Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 500 mg/ml.
DOSAGE
Intramuscular, subcutaneous or intravenous administration is recommended. Usual dose: 5 to 20 cc of Ascorbate once weekly or fortnightly. Megadoses: 20 cc to 100 cc of Ascorbate 1 or 2 times a week. Perform 4 or 5 sessions.
