TRIPTOPHANE
THERAPEUTIC USE
Helps reduce the frequency and intensity of headaches; symptoms of fibromyalgia, such as pain, fatigue and muscle stiffness; and premenstrual dysphoric disorder, such as irritability, anxiety and depression. Protects and maintains the body's proteins, muscles, enzymes and neurotransmitters. Improves sleep quality by increasing the production of melatonin, the hormone that regulates the sleep-wake cycle. Reduces symptoms of anxiety, depression and stress; such as restlessness, irritability and worry.
COMPONENTS
Tryptophan D3, D6, D9, D12.
DOSAGE
Usual dosage: Mix 1 ampoule of 10 ml in 500 ml of saline solution 1 or 2 times a week.
